Our Service Centres have qualified engineers who are trained at component level servicing to provide efficient service and carry adequate stock of necessary spares and modules. Regular refreshers' training programs are conducted at our factory in Bangalore.
Our calibration standards are certified at leading Standard Calibration Laboratories. Calibration certificates of national and international standards can be issued from our Regional Service Centres for most of our products.
Our service engineers also provide Installation & Operator training for some of our products. Training includes proper operation of test sets, routine maintenance procedures, etc. to ensure that breakdowns due to improper handling or misuse of the product are greatly minimized.
