Eltel Industries has established regional service & calibration facilities in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore
and New Delhi. We have also recently established a Service Centre in Sharjah, U.A.E to cater
Service & Calibration needs of our customers in the Middle East & African countries.

Our Service Centres have qualified engineers who are trained at component level servicing to provide
efficient service.

Regular refreshers' training programs are conducted at our factory in Bangalore.

We carry adequate stock of necessary spares and modules at all our Service Centres.

Our calibration standards are certified at leading Standard Calibration Laboratories.
Calibration certificates of national and international standards can be issued from our
Regional Service Centres for most of our products.

Our service engineers also provide Installation & Operator training for some of our products.
Training includes proper operation of test sets, routine maintenance procedures, etc. This makes
certain that breakdowns due to improper handling or misuse of the product are greatly minimized.

Our Service Centres are equipped with fully working spare units for some of our key products.
This ensures zero down time.

Our International Distributors also have their own service & calibration facilities. Eltel Industries
supports our distributors by providing adequate stock of spares and modules. So the minimum
down time of our products is assured almost anywhere in the world.
