Marketing Engineer

 Qualification

Preference – BE Electronics, fresh graduates or with 1-2 years experience or Diploma in Electronics & Communication/Electronics - fresh candidates with 1-2 years experience. Good communication, sales and negotiation skills willing to travel all over India.

Job Profile

To promote Eltel products in designated territories, follow up on existing cases, attend tender openings & technical / commercial negotiation meetings, provide clarifications regarding type of equipment needed for specific application, suggest alternative models/ accessories, obtain customer feedback w.r.t performance/usage of test set, collect competitor data.

Extensive training will be provided at our office in preparing quotations, follow up activities, ISO procedures, customer transactions etc. Preliminary Installation & Operator training procedures for some of our products, familiarity with first level of servicing etc.

The probation/training at Bangalore will be for 2-3 months both at the office and at manufacturing facility. If found suitable, they will then be confirmed & posted at the chosen out-station location. The posting for outstation locations is for a minimum period of 3 years.

Eltel will provide accommodation at these locations free of charge. Our Service Centres include well-furnished living accommodation with tel/fax facilities etc. An out-station allowance will also be paid to them. The candidates will also have to travel from these locations to nearby places to attend to services cases as & when the need arises during which time boarding/lodging expenses will be reimbursed.

Selection process includes a multiple-choice technical Q/A written test, technical / personal interviews.
